Once Upon a Christmas Boutique

Last weekend was the "Once Upon a Christmas Boutique" at Chaparral High School. It turned out going so much better than I thought. I was so nervous since this was the first time I've done any kind of craft fair. My sweet Husband Rex was nice enough to come with me and help out. He stayed the entire 6 hours. I was so grateful. I know I had so much fun because he was there. Having him there really helped me get out of my comfort zone and reach out to people. Thanks, Rex for all your support and patience during this whole process, and during my craziness over this Christmas Boutique. I seriously spent every free moment I had to get ready. Once we put our kids to bed, I was in my sewing room working away or running to JoAnns for something I needed. I went a little overboard when it came to planning how many things I could make, turns out I couldnt make everything I had planned. I shouldve taken a picture of how crazy my sewing room looked, I had projects everywhere!

When the time came to get set up, I had:
16 Cosmetic Bags
15 Art Folders with crayons and mini coloring books included
1 Fold Over Clutch
3 Olivia Clutches and
1 Pleated Shoulder Bag

I thought my big seller would be these adorable Cosmetic Bags,
but I only sold 2! Can you believe it?!

My big seller turned out to be these Art folders with crayons. I sold 11 of them! The Disney Character ones sold first. No surprise there. Rex kept telling me to make more of the Disney ones. I should've listened because once they sold I had a lot of people asking for them. What can I say Rex knows what will sell!

Now to find the next craft fair to enter.

I'm so impressed! You made a lot of super cute things. I'm not surprised that you sold so many crayon cozy's. My girls love the ones I made them. It's almost a must have for church and grocery shopping.
You've changed your blog layout since I last checked it. It looks great!
